The Mangrove Jacks Australian Pale Ale beer kit is a take on the American Pale Ale but using the amazing hops from Australia, making this an Australian Pale Ale, with a fantastic malt character leading to a refreshingly dry finish.

This Mangrove Jacks Australian Pale Ale beer kit comes with extra Citra and Ella hops which you add after the fermentation has finished to give your Mangrove Jacks Australian Pale Ale extra beautiful passion and citrus fruit aroma and fruity flavours.

This kit will also require one of the following:
a - 1kg of Brewing Sugar (supermarket sugar will work, but it will cause the finished beer to be sweet)
Or
b - 1kg of Beer Enhancer.  A mixture of brewing sugar and light spraymalt.  This will give the finished beer a good body and mouth feel.
Or
c - 1.2kg of Liquid Malt Extract.  This will give the best finished beer with a smooth body, full flavour and good head retention.
Or
d - Use a different flavour of Liquid Malt Extract to further enhance your beer kit and enable you to create your own unique beers.

You will also need basic brewing equipment such as: a 23 litre bucket; syphon; steriliser; thermometer & hydrometer to brew this ingredient kit.  If you do not have any equipment we have a starter package with all the equipment you will need to make this beer.  We also have bottles and barrels for you to store your beer once it has been made.
